Refunds & Returns

 

  • Cancellation timeframe

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, for a full refund except for orders placed with a same-day delivery option.

 

  • Method of refund

All refunds will return to the same form of payment used in the creation of the order.

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect good

If for any reason an item is received damaged, defective or incorrect we will arrange for the goods to be collected/swapped over at our expense.

 

  • Request a refund or return

  • Policy of returning or exchanging

5.1 If an order is not placed for same-day delivery and cancelled within 6 hours of being placed it will be eligible for a full refund.

 

5.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be refunded or returned.

 

5.3 Exchanges may be possible but will be at our discretion and determined on a case by case basis.
